Medior/Senior Game Designer at VIVUGA

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Medior/Senior Game Designer with a proven track record in F2P mobile games. You should have at least one shipped title, strong design skills, and the ability to both innovate and organize. This role will allow you to take ownership of game projects, contribute creatively, and help lead design initiatives from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and iterate on engaging F2P mobile game mechanics, features, and systems.
* Lead game design projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including artists, developers, and marketers.
* Analyze game data and player feedback to refine and improve game features.
* Create detailed design documentation and wireframes for new concepts and features.
* Drive creative vision while balancing data-driven insights for player retention and monetization.

Requirements:

* At least one shipped F2P mobile game title, preferably in a lead or senior game design role.
* Strong understanding of game mechanics, level design, and game balancing.
* Creativity is essential – we’re looking for someone who can bring fresh, original ideas to the table.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
* Strong knowledge of F2P game monetization models and retention strategies.
* Great communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Prior experience in small teams or startup environments is a plus.
