Become an integral part of a small, energetic team of about 5 people working on a revolutionary world-class PC city builder game in the style of SimCity and Cities: Skylines. Since our team is small, you have the chance to make a significant impact on the final game and, on the entire city builder genre. The game is based on Junxions which will be releasing 2025, trailer is shown above. Our funding is secured by an international partner, so your job is stable for the coming years.

We are looking for an experienced Unity 3D artist for the position of lead artist, who fits into a team where we work quickly and efficiently. We seek a long-term collaboration and require presence in the Bratislava office 1-3 days a week, as we need to communicate many things in depth. 2-4 days can be done from the home office, depending on the current task.

Job Description:

  • Managing 1 – 2 other artists, assigning tasks
  • Ensuring adherence to art direction
  • Creating HDRP shaders
  • Creating new and modifying existing 2D and 3D assets
  • Creating new and modifying existing textures
  • Maintaining the integrity of graphics assets repository (shared materials, textures, models, etc.)
  • HDRP post-processing
  • Designing UI


  • Advanced experience working in Unity for at least 5 years: models, materials, textures, with the ability to visibly demonstrate your knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Unity HDRP and shader graph
  • Knowledge of Unity VFX graph
  • Knowledge of optimization methods such as SRP batching and GPU instancing
  • General knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Maya)
  • General knowledge of 2D software (Photoshop, Substance Painter)
  • Experience with PBR materials
  • Experience with rigging and animations
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) [B2]
  • Ability to work without close supervision and with proactive goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to come to the office in Bratislava in person several times a week


  • Basic knowledge of C#
  • Experience with procedural meshes
  • Relevant education

We offer work in a small team of enthusiastic game developers with decent remuneration up to 4.000 € per month, depending on the selected candidate’s abilities, with the possibility of a bonus tied to game sales upon release.
